Julius Thomas is an elite athlete, speaker, performance coach, real estate investor, and researcher. He was an NCAA Division 1 basketball athlete with 2 NCAA Tournament appearances and played 7 years in the NFL with 2 pro-bowl selections. Currently, Julius is pursuing his doctorate in clinical health psychology at Nova Southeastern University. He speaks for groups and organizations on topics in leadership, mastery development, wellness, and performance. He owns several multifamily real estate properties in the south Florida area. A mental performance coach for high-performance individuals, Julius has authored articles that have appeared in several academic publications. He is also an advisory board member for the Society for NeuroSports and the Football Player Health Study at Harvard. His passion is helping others reach their individual peak personally and professionally.
